The author is quite elaborate of the rituals to be performed for Traditions of the Moon and has included a separate warning before beginning of the story to forbid people from imitating such rituals without guidance. Brida is a young Irish woman in quest for knowledge of the magic. Meets an old book seller, comes in contact with a person named Wicca who becomes her teacher and guides her to letting her know her Gift. As common with other Coelho books, once you start reading you cannot keep it down until you finish it. It is a good read but falls short when compared to Alchemist and 11 Minutes.
