Weight control!

I have put on some +5-6Kg in the past 6 months . Current weight 75.8 Kg with max reaching 77.5 sometime in April08. After being back at home , life has been too comfortable. Being in IT industry all I do is sit in front of desktop all day with usual small breaks. Once started doing some gym exercises on regular basis in Chennai. That was way back in Sept07 in office premises. They had recently got trainers who would coach as per your requirements. The enthusiasm lasted for about a month and fizzled out. Haven't done any regular exercise after that. Now comfortable life at home is showing it signs in form of steady waist line growth..... Need to start exercising on regular basis before it goes out of control limit.

Out of curiosity I was checking on the BMI (Body Mass Index) figure to see if I fit into normal or overweight category. Thankfully I am at 23.2 figure which is Normal category. I further explored to check what is the threshold limit before being called overweight. Max weight up to 81Kg. The Normal category of BMI extends from 18.5 -24.9 .

The Dark Knight

kicking Batman action movie.....though it is quite long compared to usual Hollywood movies. This one will hold you to the edge of you seats and you wont feel bored even for a minute . The performance from the villain(Joker) is the most brilliant . It was played by late Heath Ledger. A must see in a movie theater. Highly rated by IMDB as well.

Rain in Delhi

It has been an unusual summer season in Delhi this year with rain beginning as early as May instead of usual July period and still does not seem to stop. Captured this picture from the balcony today. June 2008 turned out to be coldest in the history of the city. Monsoon advanced over Delhi on 15th June which is the earliest onset date since 1901. It was good in many ways, first the usual scorching heat was not there and second due to coolness factor there were not many power cuts in the city.
