Urgency....
Happen to cover creating a sense of urgency part in the Managing Change module.....which illustrates a sense of creating a fear/preparing for the unexpected among the people to get them working hard/different when everthing is going right with a foresight of preparing the people for the change........gets me back to the concept of driving out a +ve from -ve force is much easier compared to +ve to +ve....most of time I also happen to work on -ve to +ve principle......postponing things until it reaches a level of urgency.......and when u see it working out most of the time its hard to change the habit....but getting a +ve change when u are in +ve state is difficult to achieve...have been thinking of how to achieve the same for sometime now.

yeh to zyada blade ho gaya ... show off mat kar. if u write this in ur exam, u'll be thrown out of MBA course in order to avoid such answers in the future. and on ur worries about how to achieve whatever for others, why the heck are u bothered. btw, others are not u .. so, it should be easy.
so, how far has the thinking progressed? about getting a +ve change when u are in a +ve state? interestingly, postponing things until they reach a level of urgency is called procrastination - it is not equivalent to 'driving out a +ve from -ve forcr'.
fortunately....there was no exam for this module , so wont get thrown out of MBA course....not fair if u dont disclose of who u are....anyways i think for +ve change in +ve state one needs to make people feel that the final destination is not achieved yet...somehow showing that the current state will not remain forever if further improvements are not made....so a motivational factor to achieve it will have a +ve change....what are ur views??....or u one of those who are to be left alone and would only listen to what others have to say without expressing your own..
