Sleep has never been a trouble for me...only the timings of it is more troublesome as per defined societal norms. I still remember of cold water therapy by Mom or Dad on some Sundays when all other attempts to wake me up failed :-)). Even 2 earthquakes in Delhi couldnt shake off my sleep. One strange thing .......whenever there is too much crowd and hot weather and travelling alone(bus or train)....I feel sleepy...dont know how common that is....and I just could not think of sleeping in AC given a choice. MBA is giving me lot of time to experiment with my sleeping habits and to push to the limits...stretching as far as going to sleep at 7 am in morning. Though there are even more bigger players in my batch :-)). EREBUS rules heavily on me....with HYPNOS always pleased...though sometimes not.
I just did some googling on finding out the reasons for the same and got this interesting link.
Here is another one. Still wonder how I easily change from owl to lark if I wish. Just need a day to change my schedule....but natural tendency is of owl.
I require:
MINIMUM- 5-6 hrs
MAXIMUM-9-11 hrs
Can manage with 2-3 hrs on some days if need be.
