I have put on some +5-6Kg in the past 6 months . Current weight 75.8 Kg with max reaching 77.5 sometime in April08. After being back at home , life has been too comfortable. Being in IT industry all I do is sit in front of desktop all day with usual small breaks. Once started doing some gym exercises on regular basis in Chennai. That was way back in Sept07 in office premises. They had recently got trainers who would coach as per your requirements. The enthusiasm
lasted for about a month and fizzled out.
Haven't done any regular exercise after that. Now
comfortable life at home is showing it signs in form of steady waist line growth..... Need to start exercising on regular basis before it goes out of control limit.
Out of curiosity I was checking on the
BMI (Body Mass Index) figure to see if I fit into normal or overweight category. Thankfully I am at 23.2 figure which is Normal category. I further explored to check what is the
threshold limit before being called overweight. Max weight
up to 81Kg. The Normal
category of
BMI extends from 18.5 -24.9 .
Target - BMI 22 (71.8 Kg)

Come on, if you think you are fat, you are ;-) I was going to hold the weight at 52kg... until I saw a woman my size trim and fit at 48kg, urrgh.
hehe that means you have got to reduce the same amount as me.....lets see who is early to reach the target;).
